You are free to put flashCHESS III on your website, commercial or not, as long as you don't alter it in any way, specifically you must preserve the copyright notices and the download link. Download this archive - in it you'll find the game as well as a sample html container.
You may link to flashCHESS3.com website freely.
You may not link directly to the swf file of the game. Doing so is called leeching and is unethical. Such practices will be prosecuted.

flashCHESS III is written in Actionscript 3 and highly optimized for performance. Its object-oriented architecture, clean code and documentation allows one to easily use, modify and extend the engine and/or integrate it in another application.
The game is also easy to customize and rebrand for different purposes.
We'll give you the game, including full source code and documentation along with a licence that gives you the right to do (almost) anything you want with it. We just retain the rights over the original programming and design elements. There are no monthly fees, no royalties, no time or territorial restrictions or any hidden clauses.
